Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pure Perspective purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Just send us an email at hello@pureperspectiveapp.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with the return shipping label and simple instructions on how to send it back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages or Issues

We do our best to make sure every order arrives perfect, but if your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Items We Can’t Accept

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care items (like beauty products)

If you have any questions about your item, just ask — we’re happy to help.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may need a little extra time to post the refund.
