We’re excited to get your Pure Perspective order on its way to you! Below you’ll find all the details on how and when we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after you place them. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, along with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any current shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly shown on our website.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is in the hands of the carrier. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Delays
We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but delays can sometimes happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always help where we can.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us at hello@pureperspectiveapp.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with you to make it right.
